Do not go to this denist .they were brilliant before been took over not long ago really gone down.always canceling your appointments at the last minute if you even get one in the first place .I'm looking for a new dentist .it's use to be a lovely place

Having to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to see the dentist. No explanation or apology during the long wait. Not good enough.

Been waiting over a year for an extraction of my daughters milk tooth. I’m now ringing every week to get an answer concerning this but with no joy. It used to be a lovely practice but has really gone downhill. All I keep getting is fobbed off by the receptionist week after week. I would not recommend this practice at all go elsewhere if you can.

The service was actually pretty good the girl did a brilliant job no complaints the only thing I didn’t like it wasn’t because of the dentist it was actually that if you wanted a Saturday only private appointment you would have to pay for it apart from that it was ok

i have been booked in for root canal everytime it comes to the date to do the root canal they end up canceling on me been waiting over 3 months now

Asked repeatedly for a scale and polish only to get charged for 3 x-rays and told they haven’t got enough time to do the scale and polish that I had asked for and subsequently booked the time off work for. Don’t waste your time here go to another dentist. Completely rubbish

If I could give zero stats I would. This dentist is now worse than a third world one. Appointment was 1150. Arrived 1132 no one on reception, one person in waiting room 1137 receptionist arrived 1145 other patient leaves 1205 I ask how much longer I have to wait, told i would be called in soon 1210 I leave without being seen. This place needs a serious investment in staff, training and infrastructure. This is a very sad demise of what was once a very great detail practice under the original owners and ones that took them over. This current ownership couldn't run a bath. Shameful service
