I recently had dental work done to prepare one of my back teeth for a crown, and I cannot praise the team enough. As an anxious patient, I was apprehensive about the procedure. I am very nervous when i go to rhe dentist. The dental nurse was amazing.did have a bridge and extraction and was painless ..highly recommended..

I called the dentist hoping they could give me an appointment the same day as I was in pain, even though my dentist was fully booked for the day she managed to squeeze me in. I’m grateful for her hard work and dedication to her patients and the receptionists are always friendly!

I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and always found the staff helpful and considerate. These days it’s difficult to get dental treatment especially after Covid but Iv have always been able to get an appointment. Thank you

I had a bad toothache so I booked an emergency appointment only to find out during my visit that I need wait a week for another one. During that week pain was so bad that It should be illegal to leave patient with so much pain. On my second appointment I have been told I need to go to private dentist to finish my treatment. Extremely disappointed and lost trust with my dentist. I wish he told me that week before so I could go somewhere straight away and not be in pain for such a long time.

It’s really annoying that I make an appointment The first of the day and the dentist does not actually arrive until 15 mins after Last time it was the traffic, this time traffic! If there are regular traffic issues they need to leave earlier

We received a nice welcome at Reception and the Dentist and Dental Assistant were friendly and professional. Everything was explained very clearly about the procedure on the day and the ongoing care.
