Very helpful and pleasant staff the hygienst was the best I have ever had. He was so gentle and very pleasant, made the visit nicer as it can be an ordeal going to dentist.

Great dentist, thoroughly understanding, excellent communication, as a nervous patient he explained everything and gave me choices, made me feel at ease. Thankful to have had my pain resolved.

Dentist and nurse nice and helpful. Great job thank you. Appointment was for 10:15, got in at 10:55 is that normal? Paid £65.00 last year for this plus clean, never had clean and was charged a further &23.00

The dentist made me feel like a car getting it’s tyres changed. Very little patient interaction..had little idea what treatment I needed when I left . Returned for treatment… queried some of the treatment so I knew what was happening.. felt this was an inconvenience for them to answer…worst treatment for pain I’ve ever had. Shaking when I left….20 mins late going in without even a Thankyou for waiting. …I must add my normal dentist who is currently on maternity leave is the best dentist I have ever had with exemplary patient skills.

The last 2 times I’ve attended I had to wait a very long time after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. The first time 30 minutes and the second time 40 minutes. The dentist is excellent but the constant delays is frustrating. Another person in the waiting room was waiting an hour after her appointment time. Reception should tell you appointments are running behind when you arrive.

Our first appointment was scheduled for 3.30pm but we were only called in after 4pm. Disappointing to be waiting so long with no communication.

The dentist that was in covering was amazing our little girl has always been hesitant and he made her feel so at ease and she just hopped on the chair and let him look at her teeth
