Check up and hygienist could not fault 5* But need to point out that the car park is an hazard in this weather and I was stuck with my wheels just spinning, asked for help at reception and their reply was nothing to do with us! Mmmm really, should the car park not be safe for their customers, not only me another patient too!!!!

The emergency lady dentist she was amazing. All the staff where fantastic so welcoming and lovely!!! That’s how every dentist should be!!

The friendliness and professionalism of staff, especially the dentist herself. She engaged with my children and made them feel confident and comfortable enough to have their teeth checked.

The service has been poor appointments keep getting cancelled by yourselves. Don’t know when I will get my treatment done at this rate as I expect further cancellations. Also not accommodating with appointments for those who work as no evening appointments available

The appointment was very rushed with the feeling that with being the last appointment of the day they couldnt wait to finish the day. When you only have an appointment every 12 months when you do have one it should take longer than 4 minutes!!

The receptionists are all very friendly, helpful, and try to put you at ease. Unfortunately this was not my experience with the dentist who made no attempt to put me at ease, very little communication about what my treatment involved, I felt “a nuisance” and had to make another appointment to discuss my treatment.
