Since Oaks dental practice took over both my wife & now me have been told we need to see the hygienist, my wife is paying £22 per month & now I’m to pay £11 per month, as pensioners we can ill afford this extra cost on top of the rising cost of living. I will be 80 in a few months & never needed to see the hygienists until now, I feel this is a money making scheme to improve your profits for Oaks dental practice.

My new dentist was excellent, very informative and has done a brilliant job with my fillings. He replaced one that was already there (which was essentially half a tooth), which was previously a little bit away from my gum, so food was getting in there and causing me discomfort. It feels 100x better than previously. Smoother and is shaped much better amongst my other other teeth. Secondary to this, the office staff are very friendly and polite, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!

The practice is friendly and little waiting time. My dentist is very friendly, patient and explains in detail about my treatment and worries.

The timings, they are never on time, I am always waiting 30+ mins to be seen… the last time I was here they didn’t check me in although I had been to the desk to make them aware I was on time for my appointment and turns out after waiting in the upstairs waiting room which is freezing by the way I had never been checked in! I was waiting for roughly over an hour and half… beyond a joke now

After 7 months of continuous toothache,I feel much better now thanks ,the denture isn’t perfect ,but who has perfect teeth these days unless your a bbc celebrity The new dentist I liked ,very calm and not judgmental

Takes ages for an appointment and then when your in the waiting area you could be sat over 30mins after appointment time
