New dentist i saw seems very nice. The only thing is, I had a temporary filling yesterday and its already fell out

Nothing at all. Found dentist quite rude. Was late arriving, and obviously rushed cos was only sat in chair for 2 minutes. When asked why ihad not recieved my teeth polished, was bluntly told I was not entitled on the nhs!

Hi Susan, sorry about your unpleasant experience with us, but you are only aloud a small scale & polish on the NHS and that is only at the dentist discretion as we have a hygienist at the practice and they will usually referrer you to them if they think it is necessary, we do appreciate you taking time to fill out these reviews. I have dentures, that I’m completely embarrassed about even with the dentist, I had to have another extraction yesterday, but I was put completely at ease, as soon I walked in, was told before I even asked it wasn’t an issue adding the tooth to the denture.

Well organised. Plenty of reminders in run-up to appointment. Seamless reception. Slight (20 min) wait before being seen. Professional service once the consultation began.

The appointment felt rushed and not very thorough. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Had to ask for water to rinse.

Our dentist and assistant were very professional & also very human! Not many friends talk of laughing whilst having a check up, we always do.

As someone who suffers badly with anxinety and mental healtg every time im made to feel as ease at all times if i have a concern its allways answed couldnt ask for a better service

I booked an appointment at 9am. I waited 6 weeks for an appointment at this time as I suffer with bad anxiety and wanted to be straight in and out as it’s the first appointment of the day. I was only seen at 20 past. Might not seem long but to me it’s a lifetime when I’m anxious. The only reason I’m leaving this review is because 1. You sent me a link to review you 2. No apology was made
