The ability to do paperwork before i even got there. In quickly and delt with with no messing around. Not judgemental in the slightest but gave advice on what to do next. Probably the best experience with a dentist i have had.

This is my first time to this dentist as I was sent by 111 as an emergency and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience even whilst In agony. From the lady on reception to the 2 lady dentists I seen all 3 made my experience a lot better than I ever imagined. Thank you very much.

I am always a little nervous however the dentist made me feel at ease, gave some good advice about my daily routine. Also advised future issues and solutions.

Dentist was great. BUT i had an appointment for 0900 and had to go to find out at 0925 if id been forgotten. I future it would be nice to be told dentist is running late. If i arrived late i probably wouldn't get in ???

The dentist I saw was absolutely amazing, really cared for her patients and reassured me. Talked me through everything and put my mind at ease. Thank you so much was a privilege having someone like that treating my teeth.

Very disappointed, I turned up for my appointment having booked and paid upfront , sat in the chair only to be told the equipment wasn’t working, so had to sit and wait for over 10 minutes whilst they then found a much older replacement, I would suggest checking your equipment works each night before leaving to ensure this doesn’t happen to another customer, rather disappointing that we are having to pay upfront for appointments only to be offered a 3* service! Your dentist and hygienist really need to up their game and offer the 5* service they are wanting us to pay upfront for!

For me it was a painful experience but I suppose I am lucky the place is even open on a Sunday evening. Staff are efficient. To the point and polite. Good advice given.
