The staff were lovely. The appointment was prompt (same day) and the extraction of my wisdom tooth went really well. The price was fantastic too, very cheap.

The hygienist makes me feel relaxed and has given me great advice my teeth are improving on each visit well worth having this treatment

I felt a little anxious when i arrived as it wasn't my usual dental practice. I felt very much at ease and welcome when i was greeted with a pleasent friendly receptionist and the dentist reasured and advised me. A wait had lifted, anxiety left and my teeth were filled ready for my holuday. Thank you so much.

I had such a bad experience from my last dentist in Blackburn and everything kept going wrong . I have such a fear of dentists , but when I found this one I thought that things might go a lot better . But things still keep going wrong , I payed for my first filling to cover the root canals at the front of my teeth which were left discoloured from my old dentist . This new dentist did a great job , but then the filling came off the front teeth , I made a new appointment to have them done again after a certain time . This appointment was Tuesday but I never got to see the teeth at the end until I got home , the black line and the discolouring were still showing not like how they were done the first time round . I rang to see if I come again , but the receptionist said , this sound like a cosmetic filling and I might have to pay again . She said she would ring me back, but I heard nothing for two days . I payed at the beginning which they would have been cosmetic filling , but they did come away . So I’m not sure what is happening, I do get treatment free now , but I thought there might be a time limit when you pay for the fillings which came off in such a space of time . I also got a winged bridge done which I payed for , but that came off the next morning too . But I do have to book appointments for that to be done again . I just seem to be having bad luck all over again like my last dentist , which I am so fearful of dentist . I really don’t want to complain and I just want to visit the practice we’re I feel at ease and for treatment to go right and not feel Anxious . Thankyou

The hygienist is so good at his job. He explains things, is very gentle but also very thorough. He gives clear, concise advice and demonstrates how to look after gun pockets etc. He’s also very encouraging.

Well I rang for an emergency appointment in the hopes that I could could get my broken tooth taken out as i have been in agony but all they did was but a temporary filling on and told me to wait 4-6 weeks for a referral, paid £25 for nothing

Dentist was reassuring and actually listened to me when I said I required more anaesthetic because I have a history of being able to feel pain despite multiple injections.
