I like the services given, i just wish i could get a dentist in my own area. I travel 90 minutes on 3 busses to get here. I am also on universal credit and recieve a really low income but i have to pay upfront and cash for a hygienist to give me a scrape and polish for £69. This is 20% of my spare cash for 1 month. Why is this not covered in my nhs band treatment ? I dont think its fair to have seperate charges for low income people. I think this needs to change to give a better health service and dental problem prevention.

I was in the chair for less than 10mins after paying £70 for a hygiene appointment to be told I need to come back again in 3 months and to pay another £70!!

Very good experience. Dentist (Amna?) excellent dental care & along with the Dental Nurse & the smooth process from entrance to exit, the whole practice appears very well run & professional.

As a nervous patient I felt at ease and reassured throughout my appointment. Definitely would recommend . The dentist is lovely, she explained everything in detail for my future treatments.

Brilliant visit as always today. Everything was explained to me before hand. I'm needle phobic so having injections of any kind is an ordeal but it was done in a very gentle and he spoke to me very reassuringly and it wasn't too bad. The whole procedure took 25 minutes. I was reassured the whole time. The aftercare was explained in full, I was also given a pack with instructions and a pad if needed to stem the blood. I was very well looked after the whole time during my treatment. Definitely 5 stars

Excellent service from moment I phoned through with tooth -ache.It was 4pm and told to attend at 4.30 By 4.45 tooth had been removed and anaesthetic had vanished by 6.30. I was able to go and play ‘bridge’ at 7pm. Extremely impressed with reception and surgery. Thanks

Amazed at how quickly the first part of my root canal procedure went, my dentist made sure I was fully numb and comfortable before he began which made the process so easy. Can’t thank him enough, he has been great during every appointment I have had. :)
