I cant say anything stood out for me. My normal dentist is no longer at the practice and i have had to see a new dental tech. Due to my anxiety this was not the best experience for me and i found that i left the surgery feeling even more anxious. I am not looking forward to my next appointment.

As i had a filling drop out last night i didnt really expect any appointment till next week .i got lucky and got a cancellation this morning job done by 9 30 outstanding service

I had had toothache for several days, so rang the practice on Monday morning to request an emergency appointment. I got one with my regular dentist at 12 noon. First Class service, as usual.

Dentist i saw was very nice explained everything about my treatment ,the reception staff were not friendly to the point of being rude

Overall good experience, lovely dentist and assistant. However, one receptionist seemed unhappy or smiley, and didnt seem she was enjoying her job.

IReceptionists very helpful. I was extremely nervous but the dentist and assistant put me at my ease. Chest and throst were .not good so made the dentists job difficult but she was so kind and explained everything. Extraction complted very quickly and not near as painful as i thought it would be. Definately would teco.mend. Only negative was cosdt £70.

Greeted on arrival, efficient booking in process and I always find Amna to be kind, caring and patient especially for someone who is anxious about going to the dentist.

The friendliness of the dentist team and reception. I am a nervous patient and feel at ease when I come in. Bad previous experiences of dentists when young prevented me from attending a dentist and now I have found an excellent one. ! The advice is clear and helpful. Thank you
