Receptionist was very efficient and very friendly with us and all other patients. A very nice lady. Dentist was also efficient.

Hygienist was very thorough and explained what she found and treatment she gave was excellent. Very considerate of my high gag reflexi n particular.

Appointment on time and receptionist very pleasant.?Dentist sympathetic and professional. Referred to have teeth cleaned by another professional at practice. Couldn’t ask for better service.!

The Rodericks dental Marylebone is unfit to treat patient, member of reception staff are rude and unprofessional and their ever changing dentists are not fit for purpose, it’s more of training field than proper dental clinic.

I had been a Patient here for quite a few years. I had a appointment booked but it was cancelled by The Dental Surgery because of The Outbreak of covid-19 When they started seeing Patients My wife needed to see one so she booked an appointment and she had to wait a few weeks because they were only seeing Limited Patients. Has I’m High risk and I didn’t need to see a Dentist, I thought I would wait because I didn’t fancy catching Covid. When I got more confidence in The system to control Covid. My wife booked a appointment and I asked My Wife to book me one too. My wife told me that They had Taken Me off Their nhs Patient List. I wonder How many nhs Patients with Disabilities and Other nhs Patients, They have done this to.

Reception staff rude and chatting about other patients while I was waiting. Dentist unfriendly and wouldn't listen to my problems, just wanted to get me in and out and not sort my problems out, was in the surgery for approx 7 mins. Will not be returning

Lovely male Spanish dentist. Very calmly spoken and informative. Made me feel at ease the whole time. Reception girls are very friendly and polite
