Lack of communication! As a person who is quite anxious about visiting the dentist, communication is key to put me at ease. Having visited today and coming away from the visit with little or no explanation of why I have to be referred or any reassurance given, I feel far more anxious about my next visit .

The visit was vey good. The receptionist was very helpful. The dentist herself was very good also especially in explaining what treatment was needed and how this would be done

The receptionist was very friendly, didn’t have to wait too long before I was seen to. The dentist was very pleasant, but would have liked to have a scale and polish as I haven’t had one since before Covid

Both of the receptionists and the Dentist were all very pleasant and friendly . They take time in talking to you when discussing the dental treatment and booking appointments . They care Thankyou to you all ?

The dentist was thorough and polite during the checkup. Gave advice on flossing. Sadly, The wait times for the appointment was over 20-25mins and there were 5 people also waiting. So you need to allow a lot of time as they seem run late.

I get very nervous about the dentist but the receptionist was excellent and the dentist was brilliant. Coming to the dentist isno longer a ordeal for me.

Excellent treatment but the pricing is a little confusing. I had another routine check up when it was supposed to be an appointment with the hygienist, so paid again after then seeing the hygienist?

Rushed and lack of personal friendliness. Not the same dentist as it wascin the past. Used to have a really good dentist that wanted to get to knocw you and chat ... now no time for being caring just want you in and out the door.
