Was seen for my appointment on time, staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Was advised that I could do with some dentures to fill in some gaps and help me to retain my remaining teeth - this was left for me to mull over until my next appointment.

I have never had a checkup so fast!! Professional and friendly, but they did not introduce themselves. A squish of air around my mouth, no indication of the condition of my teeth. All for the fastest service payment of £25.80

Called as an emergency this morning great help from receptionist got me booked in this afternoon saw dentist who was an amazing chap he checked my teeth and then quickly filled the front tooth Totally pain free first class High street dental service ***** Would always recommend

Although my appointment was late I was dealt with in a professional manner. The dentist listened to my concerns and responded accordingly.

Overall the service is good, with the reception staff exceptional, welcoming, friendly, efficient and accommodating when it comes to booking an appointment at a time that suits myself, understand my needs and send timely reminders out. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of my dentist who, without saying a word, gives the distinct impression he dislikes nhs work and patients, failing to understand that some of us cannot afford private treatment and nhs is our only option. In addition it concerns me greatly when my last two dentists at the practice advise to, and I quote ' let my two bad teeth rot out naturally' rather than filling or removing as I would expect to prevent infection deveoping and leading to a more serious problem as the decay. Definitely not the type of advice I expect to hear from my dentist in the 21st century.

From entering the practice to leaving the overall experience was very good. Receptionist was very pleasant and professional, the Dentist was the same .

Arrived and my appointment was running 30 mins late. Everything seemed very rushed and staff appeared to be under pressure to avoid finishing late. Dental examinations were fairly quick but the dentist spent time discussing what he had Found. His bedside manner was very good although difficult to understand at times due to the masks being worn. Had to wait to book in future appointments as only 1 receptionist working on this. Very polite and helpful and was apologetic for delays.

Poor booking system and poor attitude from dentist himself. Appointment was cancelled several times and related in being told I would not be seen by dentist. A very poor establishment overall.
