My husband and I were transferred to Burton dental as Hill street nhs patients. He recently had a check up with Burton dental. However, i have been placed on an nhs waiting list as i have not yet seen a Burton dental practitioner. It seems wrong to me.

As always friendly helpful staff. Efficient treatment just hope the filling stays on this time. Not their fault if it doesn’t.

Very prompt and on time in regard to my appointment time .Both the dentist and dental nurse were very welcoming . Professional approach and advice from the dentist , X-rays taken and reviewed directly .

Seemed well organised and friendly team. However I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment but this is still better than most services.

I am a paying NHS patient, and I paid £25.80 for a check-up appointment which only lasted a matter of minutes and was not thorough at all. I did not get any x-rays done despite requesting them. It was very rushed and not what a check-up should be at all.

Well impressed with the thoroughness of the dentist. The practice premises are pleasant. And all staff I interacted with were very nice and efficient.

Very helpfull from me phoning up to alter the Appoinment i had due to Staff leaving .. to the dentist talking me through my options on my treatment . Was a great appointment for me .Much appriciated .

The reception staff were extremely helpful and got me an emergency appointment quickly. Appointment was on time and dentist put me at my ease and was extremely professional. My problem was sorted immediately.
