    The dentist I saw for my emergency appointment was polite and efficient, the only thing I thought strange was having to have a further appointment with my normal dentist to get referred to the hospital. I wondered why the dentist who saw me could not do it.

    Efficient & helpful staff. My dentist is known & caring. I felt really comfortable being treated by her. She was also polite & kind to her assistant too. So sorry she’s leaving!

    Whilst the practice is run efficiently, all the staff have time for people. They are very friendly and polite and I'm sure that, if some are nervous about dentists, they will be put at ease by the practitioners.

    I was very impressed by how polite and informative the technician was when I had my treatment, also very gentle with me when my teeth and gums were being deep cleaned and descaled, excellent thanks

    The staff always explain what is happening and try to do their best and put the patient first.The dentist i saw today is simply the best ever.x

    My tooth had moved causing pain / strong discomfort but no referral was made to a practitioner who had the relevant qualification to perform the procedure

    This was my first visit to the practice from the receptionists to the dental nurses to the dentist it was a fist class service with all of them with such a helpful and cheerful attitude brilliant thank you all

    Extremely disappointed, the dentist just got rid of me. I was on the dentist's chair hardly for 30 seconds. Disgusting attitude from the dentist. My filling was broken 2 months ago but I could not get an appointment. Today on my routine check-up I requested her for filling as my tongue is seriously hurting me but she did not bother and asked me to get another appointment. So I went to the receptionist, and she gave me an appointment for a tiny filling 2 months later!!! Is this NHS policy? No, I know, it's just the dentist's care towards patients. So I am waiting for another 2 months for a tiny filling that she could have been managed in only 2 minutes but she did not as I am in trouble, not the dentist!!
