Whilst the dentist I saw is very good and so thorough, due to the fact he had a mask on, a face shield and his accent it was difficult to hear what he was saying and I felt awkward keep having to ask him to repeat things. But I couldn’t fault him and how kind he was

Its never an easy thing for me going to the dentist.. Todays visit was great good welcome and spot on times there's nothing worse than having to wait for ages The dentist was fantastic very professionally run surgery told me everything i needed to know and made suggestions to help me ,booked me into the hygiene person . Great experience Simon

I was aloud to bring my cycle into the waiting area I really appreciate that as for the treatment I received I as always felt in safe trusted hands I didn’t feel nervous at all …thank you

We were seen even though we were slightly late (I did call ahead to explain) Dentist was great with the children,showing them the equipment and explaining things well.

Work completed on a filling whilst only down to have a check up . Speedy service keeping me happy and able to continue daily eating task with problem teeth.

The receptionist was so helpful she understood the urgency of being seen and was so ftriendly and supportive the dentist herself was very professional and advised us to the problem She redirected us back to our own dentist I just wished she could have resolved the problem instead of referring us back to hill street as I telephoned our own practice for a follow up and now we have got to go through another appointment of assessment before being treated
