The reception staff were brilliant , friendly and welcoming. I saw a new dentist and was not very impressed. He was very rough when examining me, and wasn’t helpful when I asked him a question.

Had to wait an hour although that was because a computer was down and the only computer that works kept clicking me out. But the appointment ran smoothly so if not dor the wait it would be a better experience.

My recent visit with a new dentist at the surgery was not a pleasant experience. He was unwelcoming, unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable from the outset. I felt the procedure was rushed and not carried out the same as at previous check ups. It seemed he couldn't wait to get rid of me when I declined his advice to see the hygienist at the time and I had to ask him to carry out a scale and polish for me, which I have never had to do in the past. I have never had a bad experience at this dental practice in all the years I have been attending until now. I find the receptionists very welcoming and friendly.

They took a little longer to make sure my teeth were really clean. Always asking if everything is ok. Very friendly and not to expensive. Will go back again.

Reception staff were friendly, approachable & efficient. Dentist communicated well what was good & bad regarding my dental health & what to do going forward.

Everyone was very friendly, especially the receptionist...lovely lady. I noticed she was very curtius and helpful on the phone. What a refreshing change.
