Had lost a large filling so contacted the practice. Very helpful receptionist was able to give me an appointment later that day. Saw dentist on time and filling was replaced quickly and efficiently. There was also a discussion about possible future treatment. This is what I have come to expect from a very good practice

A remarkable hygienist appointment. She was thorough and explained the process throughout the appointment. She cared if I was uncomfortable and was apologetic. A remarkable employee.

I'm a nervous patient but I'm happy to come to see my dentist. She knows what I'm like and always manages to send me home, examination, and when necessary treatment complete and feeling good about my smile even though in my own mind it's not perfect. I have lovely clean, healthy teeth thanks to her and that's important to me. The practice is beautifully clean, welcoming and everything's efficiently organised. Thankyou!

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The treatment was superb just as i have come to expect over the 15 years I have been coming to you - always amazing. I was surprised how busy it was for a Saturday afternoon and I didn't mind waiting for an hour in the waiting room but I would have liked a good internet signal so that I could carry on doing things while I was waiting. There is no 5G, the 4G signal is poor, and the only internet available (eg Scott Arms which I think is the pub) requires a password - come on Scott Arms Dentist get this sorted!

Once again, I've had a very good experience at the Scott Arms Dental Practice. The dentist and nurse, who diagnosed and treated me did so in a re-assuring and professional manner. They were careful to discuss the treatment options and advise me of the best course of action. They put me at my ease and ensured that I felt no discomfort during the extraction. Even though I wasn't expecting to have a tooth removed, it was the best outcome, in the best possible manner. Thank you.

This was a regular check up - so fairly straightforward. However, as always the care and service was excellent with highly competent staff and very good facilities

I booked my appointment as an emergency. The entire arrival experience was outstanding. The doctor was very accommodating and took his time to explain the procedure. Overall this is a high standard dental practice.

Once again friendly helpful staff welcomed me and booked me in. Appointment on time and my checkup with clean and polish went well. Any issues I have are always dealt with quickly and efficiently.
