Lack of compassion and care. I told the dentist I have a needle phobia yet it seemed like he couldn't care less when it came to it. I was clearly distressed during the procedure and no one tried to help calm me or make the situation any better. after the traumatic experience in the chair I was told I could go now. I was barely able to walk after being sedated and felt unwell yet I was still walked straight out of the room.Lack of compassion and care. This was a regular check up - so fairly straightforward. However, as always the care and service was excellent with highly competent staff and very good facilities

I booked my appointment as an emergency. The entire arrival experience was outstanding. The doctor was very accommodating and took his time to explain the procedure. Overall this is a high standard dental practice.

Once again friendly helpful staff welcomed me and booked me in. Appointment on time and my checkup with clean and polish went well. Any issues I have are always dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Seen promptly and speedily by both dentist and hygeinist. Treatment carried out painlessly and efficiently, but at the same time, thoroughly. The usual high standards

I have been going to this practice for years and I always see the same dentist at Scott Arms. As a child I was fearful of the dentist and in later life I have paid the price and had a lot of dental work done. Whilst a trip to the dentist is not something anyone looks forward to, I no longer fear the dentist. I have had significant work undertaken such as root canal work, crowns and fillings. The dentist is always kind and allays any worries with his professional manner and expertise. Any discomfort is kept to a minimum which, I think, is because he is so skilful. I have heard other people describe their experience of root canal work and mine was done quickly and without undue pain. Most recently he improved the appearance of my badly stained front teeth. Again, done quickly and efficiently with no need for anaesthesia. I was delighted with the results which has improved my confidence no end. An excellent practice and dentist I would recommend without hesitation.

Needed to see dentists before my next checkup as an emergency i had trouble with a tooth they said no problem gave me an appointment seen dentist who put me at ease straight away very pleasant and helpful told me the problem and explained-what to do fantastic practice thank you would highly recommend the best practice by far.
