Needed an urgent extraction that was complicated and my own dentist was apprehensive to peform, phoned Scott @Arms at 10am and was given appointment 4.20 same day, Receptionist phoned me to confirm all details and tooth was out and on way home by 5pm excellent service and price pretty good gor private

This dental practice successfully diagnosed and then treated my medical issue within one hour of entering the building. This marks it out as outstanding in my book.

I was recommanded by a friend, who have suffered with his tooth for almost a month , than he decided to use a private dental service because he found with his dentist some kind of neglect, not like they don't care about his health.I just aske him if his problem with tooth was resolve with his dentist, so from there he told me that it was done by a very nice private dental service, so from there I decided to go to this excellent dental service.

Review: I was disappointed by the 2 experiences I received when visiting the practice on an emergency appointments . The first appointment they did not save my xray and when I returned again the dentist was very hesitant and could not even find the xray so I was forced to pay again and then he tried to get me to have my wisdom tooth out but he didn’t actually know what he was talking about. I took a second opinion and they told me there was nothing wrong with my wisdom tooth and it was a completely different tooth . Leaves me disappointed as I was forced to pay twice and yet nothing was resolved and I nearly lost a healthy tooth

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Great Barr Dental for my dental appointment, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for the entirety of my visit. Upon arrival, I did notice that the reception area seemed a bit rushed, but this minor hiccup was quickly overshadowed by the impeccable service I received thereafter. Despite the hustle and bustle, the staff managed to handle the situation with grace, ensuring that I was promptly attended to and made to feel comfortable. Once I was seen by the dentist, any concerns I had about the rushed reception were immediately dispelled. The dentist took the time to listen attentively to my dental issues, addressing each one with care and expertise. I greatly appreciated their thoroughness and willingness to answer all of my questions, which put me at ease throughout the appointment. One aspect of Great Barr Dental that truly stood out to me was their transparency regarding pricing and costs. Before proceeding with any treatment, the staff took the time to clearly explain all associated expenses, ensuring that I fully understood what to expect. This level of honesty and communication is commendable and greatly appreciated, as it fosters trust and confidence in their services. Overall, my experience at Great Barr Dental was nothing short of exceptional. Despite a minor rush in the reception area, the quality of care provided by the staff and the dentist more than made up for it. I left the clinic feeling satisfied and reassured, knowing that I had received top-notch dental care at a fair and transparent price. Had two teeth removed tonight. Another brilliant experience from the only dentist I trust. I was traumatised as a kid and scared to death, however this lovely dentist has restored my faith along with the lovely dental nurse.

I thoroughly recommend this practice if you require emergency dental treatment. I had developed an excruciatingly painful infection and my usual dentist could not see me for a week, and that was after much pleading. A friend made a recommendation, I called and was seen at an evening appointment on the same day. The dentist was excellent and sorted me out within 30 minutes of arrival. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you so much.

Phoned Thursday evening for an emergency appointment due to toothache, luckily I was able to get in on the same day. The receptionist staff are all friendly and welcoming. The GP dentist whom I saw, along with his assistant did an excellent job, very friendly, understanding and explained everything through my appointment. Certainly how dentists should be run! Great work.

I am extremely happy with the dental service I get. My dentist is very friendly and always puts me at ease. I find the whole experience very satisfactory as I was always very nervous of going to the dentist.
