Having been referred by 111 to Scott Arms dental practice I received excellent service from the initial contact all the way to advice following the emergency tooth extraction. All the team were so polite, friendly and professional from making the appointment to being shown to the dentist's room and again to making payment and leaving. The dentist explained clearly my options and answered my queries in my own time which was reassuring. Whilst working on the tooth he talked through what he was doing which I found comforting and throughout the process he had very friendly and calm manner. I also thought very reasonably priced considering it was an emergency appointment on a Bank Holiday, certainly far cheaper than my usual dentist.

Always accommodating and excellent service. Plenty of staff to take care of your needs. It's a busy practice so that must reflect on the good work they do.

Went after being in so much pain with tooth. Staff was very friendly they could see how nervous I was and they were amazing. I will never use any where else from now on. Fantastic service

First time patient, overall the experience and treatment first class! Service throughout excellent and value for money. The dentist very professional, polite and very quick this helped me and made my decision to be returning after 6 months for a routine check up. All staff I came into contact with very friendly and professional. Overall practice extremely clean throughout with high standards and fantastic lasted equipment. Need a dentist practice highly recommend Scott Arms Dentist!

Cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Booked an appointment for the very same day and was in and out of the consultation within 15 minutes, that included having my stubborn wisdom tooth removed. The dentist kept me informed of what he was doing from start to finish.

I feel exploited, having paid a £50+ fee over the weekend for an x-ray and anti biotics, and then being told I need to be referred to the hospital to extract a wisdom tooth. However, I most book another appointment for a £35 dental check first to allow the referral to be made! Not sure why the dentist could not simply look at my x-ray and updated notes to make that referral, instead of looking at financial gains first. Surely the client's well-being is more important!!!
