I was so anxious as I walked in and seeing so many people waiting in the waiting area made me even more anxious. I was in a lot of discomfort and just wanted to be seen, the receptionist were so friendly. The gentleman that called me for the appointment was really welcoming and the dentist that seen me was wonderful. He was very patient and reassuring, did a great job on my bridges and tooth. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking to join and also will be using them again if needs be next time.

I had bad wisdom tooth pain and was offered an appointment quite promptly, the surgery/ dentist was not upfront about the charges and after paying for two x-rays , consultation and antibiotics I was assured I would be contacted the following week regarding the extraction. Three months on, they have still make no contact and have ignored all my emails and no called me back. Very disappointing.

Excellent dentist I had a great experience as a emergency patient at such a short notice I was seen and my tooth problem resolved, I have had nothing but great experience from the staff at the practice.

No matter how bad your teeth are or what situation you are in these guys really know how to put you at easy. I wished I had came here before I wouldnt be in the situation I am. Highly recommended no matter how fearful you are from the dentist. Very impressed with emergency appts and getting booked in as soon as possible

From booking my appointment to my treatment was just so calm on arrival I was greated by reception and waited about 10 mins to be seen then was took to mu emergency dentist who I could no where ask for a calmer gentleman I'm petrified on dentists but he was amazing my bad tooth was out in about 15 mins and never felt a thing thank you all so much for my experience and I'm now pain free after 6 days of agony

This visit was for a deep filling. Being a nervous patient I wasn't looking forward to it. My dentist was great as always. Explaining things to me, how the procedure was going etc., it was all done in no time. I would recommend this practice to anyone who doesn't feel at ease with dentistry. These people understand us nervous types. They really do.

The reception staff are very efficient and attentive. Waiting area puts you at ease . Dentist and nurse are so friendly, it’s changed my attitude towards dental care in a very positive way .

Had my dental implants for 3 years now they are still amazing and so natrali have a check up every 6 months and a hygienist app every 3 months the service is amazing my dentist veejay is so nice I wouldn't go anywhere else

Great dentist sorted my dental problems that I have had for years due to bad dental treatment been visiting for the last three years no problems now just regular six month checkups definitely recommend using them

After having a painful night of toothache i called Scott Arms Dental Practice for which they were able to get me in that very day. From moment i got there everyone was friendly and helpful which will help the nervous patients who go there surely. My dentist took an x-ray which was very quick, i had a short wait then she called me back in and showed me damage to my tooth. She give me options and advice as what could be done. I decided on having tooth removed which was quick and painless. The price was a bargain to stop the pain. I shall continue only using Scott Arms from now on for all my dentistry needs.
