Nice waiting room , was seen on time with excellent staff who know there’re stuff in a clean environment and they took away my pain, I have no complaints.

Staff welcoming. Dentist consultation, including X-ray. put me at ease. No hard sell. Provided me with options to consider either with Scott Arms dental practise or with my NHS dentist when open. Pricing was also very reasonable too.

We would like to say a really big thank you! We attending Scott Arms Dental Practice for an urgent appointment on the 14th May for our son who has severe learning difficulties. He finds it difficult to go to new places and meet new people plus also being in pain. Situations like this are extremely stressful for him. The lady dentist we saw was absolutely fantastic with him. We are not sure if she has first hand experience in dealing with people with learning difficulties or has had some training but she was amazing. It made such a difference to our son and us. We wish there were more people like her. Thank you.

Brilliant dentist booked my son in for same day for emergency appointment, on a bank holiday. staff was friendly and dentist was very helpful. Great dentist and if was closer to home I would use for our normal dentist

As I am a very nervous person when at a dentist, I have to say what a pleasant experience. Reception staff were extremely polite and understanding. The dentist I saw made me feel at ease, listened to me, explained everything he was doing . I had to have a wisdom tooth removed but I can honestly say I never felt a thing, he was very reassuring and very gentle. Thankyou all so much

From the moment I stepped into the practice i was greeted with polite and friendly staff. The dentist i had was amazing he explained everything and was so friendly

I have been registered with a dentist for 5 years due to extreme fear of them. I required an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth. I called the surgery and was seen within 30 minutes, all the staff from reception right through to the dentist were brilliant. Compassionate, empathetic, kind and explained everything about the process. I was seen really quickly and the dentist was already aware that I was anxious about treatment. He fully involved me in the care, explained everything to me, what they would do, what it would not involve and gained informed consent prior to treatment beginning. I was so impressed with my dentist, that I have joined as a full time patient and am already receiving treatment for my other tooth issues. I have nothing but praise for the practice and the staff and I am still nervous but more at ease. There is no forceful selling, however, I opted to move to private dental insurance to cover me in the long term. I was informed of the differences and that possibly private insurance will not cover me for the treatment that was planned, in which I was fully part of. Great practice and have already started informing friends and family about the practice, which is definitely one of, if not the best practice I have been a patient of.

Consistently delivers an exceptional service right from the moment you walk through the front door. I have been visiting this practice for many years now and could not be happier with the unrivalled care and professionalism that I have received as a dental patient.
