Excellent service from start to finish. The dentist explained every stage in my treatment which was painless. Treatment was brought forward with a cancellation which was even better

The dentist was lovely and they worked hard to fit me in when I had pain. My treatment was split over two appointments and both times the poor dentist and dental nurse didn’t have the tools they needed so both appointments seemed to take longer than expected because the nurse was having to search around the building. Overall very happy though and lovely receptionists.

When I asked about being on the ground floor rather than up the steps which are quite steep was arranged.

Everyone was really friendly (I’m quite a nervous patient) the service was great, quick and efficient, the dentist explained everything thoroughly, and the receptionist even googled school holidays so I could book my next check up.

Friendly,yet professional manner of the Dentist.I explained that i had a phobia of Dentists in general & she was so nice & calm explaining what she was going to do,treatment wise.
