I had my appointment yesterday and was so relieved as my appointment on 03/08 /2023 with previous was really awful and still wondering what i paid £65:20 for? He also said he was referring me to a dental hygienist this never happened thankfully. Yesterdays appointment was so different nice polite friendly dentist who didn't make me feel like a naughty child and reassured me my teeth and oral hygiene was good and got an appointment for 6 months time.

The dentist explained everything he was going to do and kept me informed as he went through the process of preparing my tooth for a crown.

Polite staff, received text to remind of appointment. Received phone call to see if able to come earlier. Seen within five minutes of appointment time. Light, clean pleasant waiting area and treatment room. Dentist and nurse professional helpful people. Kept informed.

Clean practise, friendly dentists which actually care for you and want to get everything right, they talk you through everything and make you feel at ease! The girls on reception are brilliant aswell always happy to help and they are always smiling and very polite.

The dentist always puts me at ease and go's through everything very clearly before and afterwards plus she never fails to ask 3 or 4 time's if you are okay and if you need 2minuets rest while you are going through your treatment

Both the dentist and the assistant were extremely happy, friendly, and answered my questions patiently. They were extremely helpful and to be honest it was a pleasure coming today. The dentist did a deep clean of my teeth due to gum disease and it was the most gentle non painful deep clean I’ve ever had, I braced myself for a certain level of pain but there was hardly any! I’m really satisfied with the very high level of customer service and the professional standard today
