Lovely dentist met me for an X-ray then showed me to her room. The nurse was pleasant. I was updated with the state of my mouth and teeth efficiently. Excellent visit. Thank you.

Receptionists all very welcoming. Very short wait to be seen. Happy check-up. Dentist always explains what is to be done and why. Only hiccup was the signing on the iPad but other than that happy visit.

The efficiency and the service provided was streamlined and easy. My dentist provided me with details of exercises I could try to reduce grinding.

Reception and dental nurses were so cheerful and put me instantly at ease , nobody wants to visit the dentist, but having a welcoming and professional approach makes the whole experience a little better, thank you

After having my appointment cancelled twice, they finally fit me in. I was told I needed a filling. I’m a teacher and was told that my new dentist doesn’t work school holidays, meaning I can’t get it done until July. They told me that another dentist would not be able to do the work. Not great customer care.
