My appointment felt rushed and impersonal the dentist seemed more interested in weather I was private or nhs. I felt being nhs impacted on the choices I was given and also that I have to go back to o have my teeth cleaned,given that I have a 21/2hour drive to Selby and on benefits and the terrible cost of fuel I could really have done then during that visit. the dentist just prodded at two of my teeth and seemed to ignor the rest. In the past I’ve always felt extremely happy with my treatment and care. Please don’t let your standards slip just because your an nhs patient

As a nervous patient l was immediately put at ease by the dentist and the dental nurse . All the staff are helpful and friendly helping to take the stress out of my visit .

Lovely dentist met me for an X-ray then showed me to her room. The nurse was pleasant. I was updated with the state of my mouth and teeth efficiently. Excellent visit. Thank you.

Receptionists all very welcoming. Very short wait to be seen. Happy check-up. Dentist always explains what is to be done and why. Only hiccup was the signing on the iPad but other than that happy visit.
