The Dentist was lovely. I normally don't like having my teeth scaled as sometimes it can be painful, but this time it was fine, just a bit uncomfortable occasionally.

The dentist assistant and reception were lovely as always. The dentist makes you feel very relaxed and the bedside manner is excellent

My appointment felt rushed and impersonal the dentist seemed more interested in weather I was private or nhs. I felt being nhs impacted on the choices I was given and also that I have to go back to o have my teeth cleaned,given that I have a 21/2hour drive to Selby and on benefits and the terrible cost of fuel I could really have done then during that visit. the dentist just prodded at two of my teeth and seemed to ignor the rest. In the past I’ve always felt extremely happy with my treatment and care. Please don’t let your standards slip just because your an nhs patient

As a nervous patient l was immediately put at ease by the dentist and the dental nurse . All the staff are helpful and friendly helping to take the stress out of my visit .
