Same day appointment for a damaged and painful tooth. Xrays and filling sorted in same appointment. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing, The dentist was so so kind and caring. I was petrified of my first filling and both her and the nurse calmed me down and reassured me, I felt so at ease that I completely calmed and behaved and cooperated! Never had such a gentle and easy treatment!!

Most efficent appointment in over 4 years!! Reception staff all fantastic. Always happy and smiling. Always a pleasure having a little chit chat with them. Todays appointment with dentist, no messing about rebooking appointments, took daughters baby tooth out quickly and efficiently while we were there. Also, i got my teeth cleaned for first time in about 4 years! (I pay for all my treatments, not exempt) so this was well overdue given that it should be included with all paid check ups and has been declined previously with advice to visit hygienest and pay again!

Really friendly staff who explained what was happening. Good to get text reminders for my appointment and new appoint dates sent via text and email.

I think the dentist and dental nurse is very patient with me. i get nervous so they made me feel very comfortable. To be honest, every single one of you are fabulous. The reception are so fast and efficient. From ringing up to going home i cannot fault it at all. You make me feel welcome, guided and when i come down you always say "do you want me to write it down for you" and i am just grateful. I didn't want it to go unnoticed that i didn't care.

I was made an appointment straight away. Was not a bother at all. Very helpful staff. Reception area looked clean and tidy. All the staff are exceptional with care and kindness.

Customer service was excellent, I’ve seen a new dentist today and the advice I was given was perfect. Also nothing was to much trouble, very friendly and welcoming staff ?
