I rang up to ask for an urgent an appointment , receptionist very caring and I was seen within 2 hrs . I didn’t feel great afterwards and the same receptionist made sure I had glucose and was vey caring

The reception girls are lovely i have been coming here for a lot of years my dentist just a lovely man puts you at ease

The dentist I saw was fantastic. He was kind caring and gentle. He made me feel comfortable and listened to not rushed. I hope I get to see him again

Good and everything went straight forward but felt the dentist could be more reassuring as I was extremely nervous and felt he didn’t reassure me much.

Very clear advice from dentist. Friendly and helpful. Possibly overstressed the risks of extraction but I appreciate that is required these days.

The nurse/assistant was very encouraging and reassuring as I was very nervous, and because of this the dentist was gentle. Eased my anxiety a little

Dad got the filling he needed. He has dementia and his treatment for this and the plate he needs sorting was explained to me too. As POA I was included in his care. The dentist & assistant we’re polite, friendly, helpful and answered any questions we had
