    I had to pop on my way home from work to change an appointment for my 21yr old son who newly registered at your practice but was called into work at the last minute. Incidentally from her name badge I was dealt with by the receptionist he had spoken so highly of. He praised how she explained a hc1 exemption and his universal credit so kindly and patiently to him. He has a speech impediment and is often treated rather disgracefully and appallingly on the telephone by people. Your staff member was phenomenal. Although I am a midwife I had no idea systems and benefits had changed so much and was unable to help myself. After meeting your staff in person yesterday afternoon on 18/07/24 I really was in awe. She had a trendy little braid, was so articulate, well spoken and genuinely kind towards all your patients. I'd be glad if my team were this impressive. Absolute pleasure to speak to.

    your staff lady at front of your dentist name like song in Urdu little lady with glasses and sound like she is english lady helped my mom i was at school and no one was free to go with her she said she treat her so nicely ecplain everything english and Urdu my mom scared of going now she not any more she say lady like her favrite person now she so happy she can get pain and problen all fixed now

    Had the pleasure of speaking to the delightful receptionist who was incredibly knowledgeable friendly and as well mannered as she was beautiful with short curly hair and glasses. I was explained all the charges and terms of registering as a new patient. I was given so much attention and genuine empathy for my terrible situation without being made to feel pressured or discriminated against. This lady should be a therapist! I felt so comfortable speaking to this receptionist who explained the process fully for me and also benefits my mother, now a pensioner would be able to look into to help her with treatment costs. All this despite being ludicrously busy and seeing to other patients at the same as us. Cannot express the gratitude for the level of unbiased and honestly helpful assistance I was offered. In stark contrast to every other local practice I had enquired at over the last few months! A huge thank you from myself and my mother. We'll definitely ask for you when I come in again. Simply phenomenal customer service! Nothing of an enigma as your name may suggest. Concise and clear information from start to finish. Just marvellous!

    I have struggled to register my mother-in-law at a dentist for almost 3 years. After a spate of terrible experiences she just refused to deal with rude, uncaring & sadly even condescending staff despite having dental pain for several weeks. I called 7 practices before getting through to one that firstly answered their phone, 2 were accepting new patients & 3 were bothered to try & help! It was this call to a wonderful receptionist that singlehandedly changed my mind in what seems to be an nhs appalling downwards spiral! She gave me all the information I needed about dental exemptions &pension credit with such detail and clarity you'd think she works for the benefits agency! It was so helpful, she was a pleasure to speak to, so well spoken, so polite & called me madam, just brilliant! After more than a week of persuasion my mother-in-law agreed to go into the practice to register. We are different nationalities & I cannot translate for her & I didn't have the relevant information about her to complete this over the phone. Unfamiliar with the area I struggled to find parking & feeling car sick my mother-in-law proceeded to practice ahead of me. It was very busy & my mother-in-law isn't in the best of health. After getting through the door she struggled to stay standing & felt quite unwell. Before I could say anything a beautiful little lady with short curly hair & glasses rushed from behind the desk & helped her to sit. Even that wasn't simple! The receptionist politely asked a parent to get their child to remove their legs off the seated bench to allow space for my mother-in-law to sit. The tantrum that followed was enough to send someone running back. Not this lady! The parent clearly ignored by the child was told politely but very firmly by her & quickly listened. It was like watching an episode of supernanny! She then so gently & kindly spoke to my mother-in-law who needed to get her breath back, she got her some water & reassured her she would help and come back to her. Not only did this receptionist help her, she went out of get way to ensure she was both safe & comfortable. She yo-yoed repeatedly dealing with the queue of people ahead of me but kept coming back to slowly process my mother-in-law's registration. I decided to wait quietly & observe in case my mother-in-law ever attended alone. I don't have the words to describe the genuine passion, kindness, dedication & care this receptionist dealt with everyone. I was in awe of her. She explained everything to my mother-in-law with such compassion & respect & in her own language! I'm definitely reassured I could leave her to attend an appointment alone. We as a family cannot say that about anywhere else! As I stood waiting I was promptly spoken to, apologised to for the delay & kindly offered assistance at which point I had to confess I was with my mother-in-law. Sadly your receptionist politely declined my offer to come & work for me. You truly have a real treasure here!

    I came in today to change an appointment for my wife not only did I do that easily but I was reminded I hadn’t seen my dentist for over two years and got booked in. the little receptionist with glasses who speaks lots of languages and is very posh managed to book me with her too as it it hard for us to travel. she didn’t even complain and was extra nice to me even though I had to change my appointment a few timesbecause I can’t go upstairs and we have other appointments. I felt bad but she was so nice to me and said it was her job to help me and I shouldn’t feel bad I was so impressed and grateful for her help she went through all my pension credit information to help me understand without rushing me. she is the nicest person I met in a long time and brilliant at her job. my phone wouldn’t work to leave her a google review so I am leaving this one

    I came in to ask about registering myself and my daughter. I was fortunate enough to be dealt with the little lady with glasses and a very English accent. She was so busy and still made time to keep coming back to me to explain my exemption. I am new to Universal Credit and my advisor has said I get free dental treatment and free medical. But when this lady kindly and so very very patiently showed me on my journal that I wasn't actually covered I was shocked! I could have faced a nasty fine had she explained it and showed me how to check. Thanks to her I have so much vital information. I cannot express in words just how much I appreciated it. She didn't need to, but went the extra several miles!! She told about all the independent charges and I watched her help so many people indescriminantly, in multiple languages I must add! This receptionist is just a refreshing change to see. You can tell she has her heart in really helping people. I see why the google reviews I read on the practice site mention her so often. I went away thinking about what I would like to do next but felt completely unpressured. If I register anywhere it will be without hesitation here. I registered my child who will get free treatment under the nhs and that was just perfect. I look forward to bringing her for her first ever dentist appointment, a sentence I didn't think I'd ever say after having such terrible experiences in my last home city of Manchester.

    Girl speaking bangla and Urdu help me very good she small waring glasses explain my languge lots of things everything for me she help all people I seeing all time she help me i phone and go to dentist my family you have number one best girl my wife say much thank you to her we new this country she very kind to all us my all family very like very good

    Your well spoken multi lingual receptionist with glasses continues to offer the best customer service we as a family have received anywhere. My gran my aunt and nephews all mention nothing but praise for the amount of care and genuine assistance she offers. I have posted a google review also as she is simply outstanding. Keeping us updated about waiting times, any delays. Helping anyone who needs it no matter how busy she is. Hats off to you! I would recommend without hesitation any who has a query to ask this lady.

    Came in to register my sister who has not been able to find a dentist that she likes, is local, and taking new patients for almost two years. Nearly walked out as it was really busy but the posh lady wearing glasses at the desk apologised and said she had seen us come in and would be as quick as possible. I didn't mind looking elsewhere but she made us feel acknowledged and that she cared about trying to help. Most places if they are busy have completely ignored us. Because my sisters english isn't as good as mine she finds it stressful and people treat her differently which I have seen first hand. This lady was amazing literally the kindest and most polite person who patiently explained about her benefit, how to check and took all her registration details. My sister not once asked me for help as I sat down and waited in case she needed me. The lady not only explained in english but translated in Urdu when my sister didn't understand. We were amazed to find out this wasn't even the receptionist own language but she was brilliantly fluent. The whole time we were made to feel welcome, completely respected and she called her madam and was so unbelievably polite and patient. I would recommend everyone take lessons from this staff. She is the best I've seen. I was so impressed I want my own family to leave our dentist and register here now!

    Although we waited a while it was understandable with how many emergency appointments were coming in. our dentist went over the treatment really well. the amazing girl at reception on her own was simply brilliant. she was well spoken and me sir called went out of her way to explain dental eczemptions for and was very patient with me. this was new to me and I was completely unaware of the fines and how to check. every time i call she is really helpful and polite. all my family specially my gran thinks she is the nicest kindest person. we had so many problems getting through on the phone before last year but now its quite easy. we speak this girl alot and she always tries to help us with appointments and even advice my gran now feels comfortable to call herself which she wouldn't fo before and reconises the posh voice of her favourite receptionist and remembers her name even. my gran didn't know about pension credit and she helped her so much. after our emergency appointment the receptionist translated in Urdu for my gran what she had to and booked our next appointment while taking calls in other languages and helping others. She was so good other patients were talking about how nice hardworking and kind she is and we definitely agree.
