  1. Review titled Great experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

This is the second time I have had implants done with this practice. The first implant was done about 14 years ago, and I have had no complaints. The receptionists are courteous and inviting, and they ensured that my appointments were scheduled around my visits to the UK. The dentist and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The service was quite professional, and I felt little discomfort during and after the surgery. The dental hygienist, was polite and comforting. Rather than utilising the ultrasonic dental device, she carefully scraped the tartar with a dental scrapper. This has been my most relaxing scaling and polishing experience.

I was late in, however the dentist took the time to apologise. Treatment was explained. Receptionists were very friendly and polite.

Was seen promptly. Was able to have a good chat with the dentist who listened and gave advice. The appointment did not seem rushed and the care by the dentist and nurse during treatment was kind and caring. The reception staff were very nice and friendly. A very good experience, thank you.

Hi I’ve just seen the hygienist which I was very happy with. But on payment I was told I needed to pay upfront for next appointment which made my bill £91 I am sure I paid an upfront cost on the first time seeing the hygienist and have always kept up the payments in full so keeping my next appointment, i don’t think I needed to pay this again, please can you check your records I have checked my bank payments, please let me know the findings; it was very busy when I left the dentist and didn’t want to make a fuss. I know things have gone up but not sure why I’m paying half again, I’m back in to see the dentist on the 19th January. Thank you Matt Selby

My appointment was very late with no explanation and no real apology. Far too expensive for just a check up

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The dentist and her assistant were kind, informative and gentle. Service was swift and professional. However i was disappointed to hear that as a long standing NHS patient there, i now have no choice but to sign up to a private dental plan. This applies to me and my 14 month old daughter. I was told acheck up for her would cost £40, where as it would have been free with the NHS. Finance's are tight for me at the moment, as im sure it is for others. So will struggle to afford this and feel pushed into having to pay this price to simple see a dentist.

Always very professional, caring and unless an emergency which is understandable, appointments are on time.

Generally good, efficient care. Too pushy on other treatments and little memory of previous visit/conversation.
