Free treatment under warranty . It was prompt and efficient though still not fixed properly but I’ll live with it

I didnt have to wait very long to see the dentist or the hygienist, in fact I went into the hygienist 15 mins earlier than planned. Very helpful advice provided and all staff very friendly.

Dentist took great care over his job and explained what he was doing. What I find less appealing is that I had to wait outside in the cold because the premises are closed during lunch break.

This was, as usual, efficiently and courteously carried out. This is a dentist whose judgement I have come to trust and, while there is sometimes (not on this occasion) a bit of a delay, I have confidence that patients receive the time that they need rather than merely the standard slot.

Such a lovely dental practice. I’m terrified of the dentist but kings and her dental nurses are so kind to me and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly

Disappointed that dentist was promoting an appointment with hygienist, rather than descaling as she has done for years previously. I noticed that whilst in waiting room this was a common theme, everyone was asking for hygienist, blatant attempt at generating more income, at £70 an appointment. I think £25.30 for less than 10 mins is scandalous as it is

Polite dentist and assistant. Receptionist abrupt on arrival and may benefit from some customer service training..they were more pleasant when taking money and on leaving.. perhaps it was just a bad day for them !
