Although it was very crowded in the smaller Waiting Area and a 45 minute wait, the dentist was excellent and that’s what counts.

At reception I discovered my appointment had been moved 40 minutes later but I had not been told about this (the confirmation text received the day before still showed the original appointment time). Whilst I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, the communication could have been handled significantly better than it was.

I waited over an hour for my appointment even tho I was told he was running 20-25 minutes late and was then rushed through my checkup and was made to feel bad for causing staff to have to stay late

Fantastic dentist, I have been with Kinga for many years and have always received the best possible care and advice. Best NHS dentist I have ever used. Would highly recommend.

Concerned that hand gel is not enforced. Covid is still with us!! I was the only patient who used it in the half hour that I was waiting due to computer problems.

Starting with the reception staff the whole experience was excellent. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and professional. It was good to see the reception staff actually answering the phone and not leaving people on hold, which has been my experience in the past. Thank you to the whole team.

I had a very long wait. 55minutes with no explanation from the receptionist. The dentist as always was first class. I do feel that if the wait is more than 15minutes then a warning should be given
