When I arrived I was rather flustered as I arrived late. Dentist was very understanding and put me at ease. Dentist always does a good job and have been happy with the service received. Thank you Very happy with the service.

Waited a long time in reception to be checked in and pay for my treatment. Receptionists were at one stage talking about one of the dentists and having to change her appointments, not very professional, a plastic screen does not mean that clients cannot hear what is being said behind it!!

Friendly receptionist during initial call and when in the surgery. An appointment was found to address the problem promptly. Professional, kind and caring dentist. Very happy with my treatment and care.

I had a same day appt because I was in severe pain. The reception was very good. Kind people helped a lot which really helps when you are old and poorly. Overall an excellent experience.

I arrived i good time for my appointment, but there was no one on reception to book me in. Due to this a patient was seen before me and my appointment was delayed. Also during my appointment the dentist told me i need a corner of my most rear tooth removing and filling.? This tooth has been this way for over 10 years, five of which i have been seeing this dentist, why is it only now that i suddenly need a filling? It just feels like generation of income for the sake of it.

I do not like going to hsve my teeth looked at, like most people I suspect. St Johns practuce and my dentist however always allay my fears
