The advice may well have been sound, but for me-----a seventy-year-old ------ it was not well delivered.

The service itself was very good but my appointment was delayed by 45 minutes and at no point was this waiting time communicated. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

I was seen very quickly after I called saying I was suffering from toothache. The staff were all very efficient and kind. During my appointment, I was given an X-ray and prescribed antibiotics with advice about the way forward in terms of a possible tooth extraction. I came out so relieved and am very thankful to be patient at St John’s Dental Practice. I always recommend them to family and friends.

Arrived at appointment in good time and didn’t have to wait long. Kinga is a polite lady who works quickly but efficiently. I was soon walking out of the door.

The alternatives to having my filling replaced were fully explained and when I chose to have the filling replaced, it was done carefully and without discomfort.
