This is an efficient practice with professional and friendly receptionists. Called in for regular check ups, with a very good and knowledgeable dentist.

Attended practice for a filling before heading off on holiday. My dentist gives great advice with regards to the treatment I require. The manager of the practice also resolved an uncomfortable situation where I was to be charged a penalty by NHS Business Services for wrongly claiming free dental treatment whilst on Job Seekers. The manager was quick to resolve and close out this matter. Thank you.

I arrived early and the dentist was able to see me straight away. This was just a checkup but he also gave my teeth a clean. No further treatment required, I’m happy to say.

You can never get an appointment within a month of asking for one. The dentist that I was given decided to cut down his hours so it was impossible to try and book in with him. You cannot book more than 6 weeks in advance which is bizarre, you book a 30 min filling appointment to only be in the chair for 5mins to be told book another appt to do the actual filling. A completed waste of time

As a regular user of this Practice, I expected to to be greeted by friendly reception staff and I was not disappointed. While waiting to be seen by the dentist, I was informed that they were running slightly late, and was kept up to date about the expected delay. I know it is very difficult to run to time as you cannot plan for the unforeseen. Being updated by the reception staff showed me that the Practice does like to keep its patients informed. On being called up to the dentist I again received a friendly greeting and found a clean, light, and airy treatment room. The dentist explained what was happening, and ensured that I knew what they were going to do, and agreed with the proposed treatment. I will have no hesitation in returning in six months for my next check up.

I’ve been coming to Stockwell Dental Practice for a number of years. Over that period I’ve received consistently good advice and treatment. My latest appointment involved the extraction of a broken tooth. I was anxious on arrival but my dentist explained the process she would go through and talked me through progress at every stage. The treatment was relatively pain free and the wound has healed quickly and successfully. I highly recommend the team at Stockwell Dental Practice. Thank you.

I have been attending this practice for several years, and find reception most helpful, and Dentist knowledgeable and caring. What I don't appreciate is being asked to pay in advance prior to being seen by the dentist to discuss future treatment and action. With a set time appointment waiting three quarters of an hour beyond that time is frustrating & uncomfortable, as was my experience the last time I attended this dental clinic.

They took out many times my teeth in England (3 teeth) but that one was so amazing. I was scared because of the past bad experience and also I'm getting older (nearly 59 years) but this young lady took out my tooth so quick and the great one it was after, I didn't take any pain killer and I ate bread the same day after 2 hours, no pain after, no blood. Thank you so much you're so professional
