Went for the first time with my kids this week since my usual dentist practice stopped NHS treatments - the reception staff were really friendly and helpful, the dentist and assistant were both lovely and made us feel comfortable - explained any questions we had and were great with the kids and good listeners.

My Dentist has been simply amazing. She has always been honest, direct and professional at all times. She has proven to be most understanding of my complex dental needs providing me with the best possible outcome.

The administration team went to extraordinary lengths to register me for my dental checkup and treble check I was going to turn up. I don’t blame them. They suffer a large number of no shows. The receptionist was friendly and efficient on my arrival. I was greeted by the same dentist as my previous occasion. My treatment careful and courteous. Furthermore, there was no pain. It is a small practice in a small building. A bit cramped but the staff seem happy.

Courteous and friendly treatment by all concerned: receptionists, dentist and his assistants. Sought a renewal of my prescription and so had to be examined by the dentist. Pleased it was more than an examination. Got my teeth polished as well. I do not have any word to say about improving the service because I found nothing wanting and am thoroughly satisfied with the way the dental practice is conducted.
