I had a hygenist appointment. I am a nervous patient when it comes to dentists. However the hygenist was very reassuring, explained procedures clearly and was very understanding. This resulted in a painless treatment proving that my nervousness was unjustified

I was seen quickly and my dentist dealt with the immediate issue quickly and efficiently. Options for longer term treatment were discussed clearly and a plan agreed.

The dentist was very good at her job, but as a patient who suffers with dental anxiety, I felt she was very abrupt in her manner. The empathy level was zero, but her dentistry work was great.

Hygienist was excellent. But very expensive i was in for only 12 minutes, as only have half my teeth left, but it still cost me £70

The receptionist was very friendly & smiling. The dentist was also kind, friendly and talked me through exactly what she was doing. Previously I have not found the staff to be friendly so this was a really pleasant surprise- thank you to the new Stony Dental team

Went for routine checkup which went ok, I asked if the dentist could make me a new top denture in the near future, she said no problem but I had one tooth on the top which needed to come out for a denture to fit properly, I agreed that i had wanted it out anyway , she said she could do it there and then , which she did. I made a later appointment for an impression to be taken, oh and I had a small filling at the same time . All in one visit !! Excellent thanks.

The receptionists are always welcoming, friendly and communicative. The waiting area is always clean and smell free. Dentist and assistant are always professional and provide a good service. Overall a great experience for someone who is anxious about attending the dentist.
