Always greeted with a smile by receptionists. Everyone is very friendly and dentist always puts you at ease makes it much easier to go to the dentists as i have had some bad experiences

Yet again I was not given a scale & polish which is included in band 1, just referred to the hygienist who I refuse to pay £50 to have my teeth raked out!

From a nervous patient, I have to say how welcoming and friendly all the staff are. The lovely dentist I see always puts me at ease and is most thorough. Highly recommended for all the family

The dentist was very kind and patient. I also couldn’t believe how quick and painless the whole process was! No pain at all the next day either.

Today I got told to go home with a dental abcess that has not cleared after 5 rounds of antibiotics. Ive had it since july and i had my tooth removed two weeks ago and its still there. Obviously i cant have more antibiotics as ive had 5 rounds of 3 different types so i need to go home and see how i feel in a week that was the best option apparently. I believe my diagnostic has been decided due to the xray machine being broken as i was notified in my appointment. In these kind of cases where treatment cant be given because the tools necessary are not available a call should be made to the patients beforehand to notify them of this so then they can decide if the trip (in my case 2 hours as i was at work) is worthwhile in my case today it was not.

45 min wait Different dentist every time When dealing with the children the dentist didn’t explain what she was doing at each point which made the children nervous.
