Everytime I visit they are always running at least an hour behind, the receptionist don’t warn you of that when you check in. I have found that there is one receptionist who can be rude, I am a teacher so I am unable to get appointments during term time. Today I had to book an appointment and when I said it needed to be in the October half term she sighed at me and pulled a disapproving look. However, my dentist herself is incredible! I am a very nervous person when I visit the dentist and she makes the experience on the chair a bearable one, she is always so reassuring!

The children were in having their teeth checked. Both the dentist and the hygienist were friendly and spoke kindly to the children.

The only issue I can raise from the generally good service provided is that if a patient opts for private treatment which comes at a cost, a 2 month wait for treatment seems unreasonable.

The dentist is lovely she is so helpful, professional and informative. All the staff are excellent. Particularly helpful was the lady on reception who helped sort out a difficulty with a hygienist appointment.

They are lovely people who explain everything to you and listen patiently, they dont hurry you and are very accomodating. Would recommend this practise to anyone.

The dentist and dental nurse were fantastic as always. Reception seem to always be having their own conversation which keeps patients waiting and makes you feel like a big inconvenience

The dentist as always was excellent. The younger staff particularly the receptionist needs a lesson in customer service, such as using please and thank you more often and just generally acting like she is interested.
