All the staff were very pleasant and my appointment ran on time. My Dentist was very clear with her communication regarding my treatment.

Had a late appointment with a possible infection… No treatment… Given a prescription for antibiotics.. Still charged £25:80…. Ouch… More pain!!!

Pleasantly surprised by my visit to the hygienist. Very nice lady who gave me a thorough clean whilst being kind and gentle taking into consideration of how comfortable I was at all times.

I came to the dentist 8weeks ago for a check up. The dentist told me to make another appointment for a clean as he had not got the time to do it at this appointment (it was 12 o clock and he was about to leave). I paid £23 for this appointment (it has now gone up to £25).. I had the appointment for the clean this week, on arrival I paid another £25 (a check up fee). I did not expect to pay this as I had already had the check previously. I came back to have the clean and polish as the dentist requested, obviously I expected to pay £40 for this appointment not another check up fee too. If the dentist had the time to have cleaned my teeth on the first appointment, I would have paid £63. This week I was charged another £65. I could not understand this. The receptionist insisted I paid this amount of which I did. I left feeling very dissapointed. Rita Marcer.

The dentist I saw for my appointment today had a very abrupt manner and was monosyllabic. I do not feel he examined my teeth thoroughly as the whole appointment was about 3mins. He did now go round the teeth as usual.. I was offered a filling for a tooth which previously dentists have said would not be suitable for filling. When I said this he muttered “your choice” . I was offered x-rays but to be perfectly frank I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. I told the reception staff did not want to see him again. Not the usual service at all and very disappointing.

I don’t feel as I had the proper treatment… I was in there 2 mins, air released in to my teeth.. asked if I had any problems and bye! My teeth weren’t even counted to the nurse that was assisting. Very dissatisfied.

The dentist was very professional and gave me the extra time I required. Shame the nurse mentioned in the reception area it wouldn’t stop bleeding after my extraction then I was having stitches when my wife was waiting for me. The dentist is a lovely person and is certainly strong.
