The service seemed better than usual which was encouraging, Inam disabled and for the 1st time my dentist asked if I would prefer a downstairs consulting room, we had an in depth conversation about my problems with my denture, and she offered me a cleaning of my teeth normally I have to ask ! but following the appointment I received this e mail requesting feedback it seems a bit of a coincidence.

Different dentist to last appointments who listened, understood my issue and agreed there was a problem and offered a further appointment to look into it better.

I had to bring my toddler to my appointment and my dentist was super accommodating and even informed me I could add him as a patient as it is so important to keep kids teeth healthy. 10/10

Waited 45mins after being told it was 20 . I am diabetic and that amount of time difference matters.I had to take glucose tablets.Which was really annoying.As if it had been running on time or slightly late l would have been fine.Staff should tell the truth.We realise emergencies come in .

A Dentist who has listened to what I was describing about my problem. With having a poorly made denture has caused my pain from a previous dentist. Now got to sort a new denture for me again. With a lovely dentist who I have every confidence that he will sort my problems!
