I’ve been a patient for many years and always found very pleasant and helpful reception staff, dental assistants and dentist. Always helpful to accommodate my appointments with my work schedule, always clean and hygienic.very happy with my treatment, and would recommend this practice.

The dentist didnt have the manners to turn and say hello. I explained the problem, that a filling I had had done previous had broken. He did what seemed like a check up on my other teeth even though I was booked in for a broken filling. I also explained that since he did the fillings, 1 at the top and one at the bottom, they had been very sensitive to contact with each other, like poking a fork accidentally against a filling. It was not like that before he filled them. He explained that the filling was broken and the treatment would be exempt. He said something about it being different I think to last time. I cant remember exactly. When he looked at the tooth I was there about the second time his mirror briefly touched my tooth and made me jump. Also I have a small split in my top lip which also made me jump when he stretch my lip. I explained that regarding the tooth that was exactly what I was trying to explain about sensitivity. He said I was too nervous to treat and ged have to refer me to someone else there, I didnt catch who. I said I had come to him for him to do the filling and he said he hadnt got time to do it and that I was not booked in for a filling. I could not believe he was so rude and apart from facing ne during the exam he never looked at me. I am now left with an uncomfirtabke tooth cutting into my check and tongue after waiting some tine to get this appointment. I am appalled by hus attitude and he needs to kearn a big dose of patient care, eg what nurses call bedside manner. The 2 orevioys dentists I have seen there have been very good, I dont know why the practice cant keep the good dentists. No way will I see him again. I have spent years having to overcome a fear of dentists to the point that I dont consider myself a nervous patient. His attitude if he really thought I was a nervous patient was disgusting.

My dentist is always bright and cheerful. I have a fear since childhood but she is always patient. Room is immaculately clean, and refreshed constantly. Always hard to get an appointment to suit but i wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service!

My dentist was off today and her colleague supported me during an emergency appointment. Was thorough and explained everything to me to ensure I understood what was happening. Thank you!

The Dentist was rude and accused me of not showing for appointment s when I had always contacted the Practice to change dates in plenty of time.

I was very pleased how my dental surgeon conducted my appointment. However I am disgusted that the surgery have deleted my husband off their system without giving him some notice that that is what they were planning on doing. Especially when it was r to hem who cancelled his last appointment and then when he kept ringing up to try and rebook he couldn’t get through!!! This sort of thing shouldn’t be allowed to happen.

Reception staff were lovely as always. First time I’d met our dentist I’m not sure he was very abrupt and kept repeating the same question
