Dentist was thorough and explained what they were doing. Also, gave advice on next steps and a hygiene checkup again in 4 months. Couldn’t fault the service given.

This was an emergency appointment carried out on the same day as requested. Done and dusted so much better than the nightmare of a few years ago during the covid crisis. I'm just so thankful

Procedure explained very well my hygienist introduced herself as we had not met before was given a choice of options regarding my treatment to condider and the procedure went very well

Dentist is always friendly and gives excellent advice. Aside from the dental care though, parking was a real problem. The entrance road was virtually blocked and I had to park some distance away on the housing estate.

Very little personality from almost everyone we dealt with. Dentist didn't put us at ease or explain anything or really speak theough the whole appointment, receptionist communicated basic functions but nothing more friendly and welcoming. X ray taken but no reason given or comments made. A very expensive box ticking exercise.

Had a phone call asking if I was free as they had a cancellation Which was great for me ,as my appointment was in Oct but they did say if a cancellation came would I accept Fantastic service and my dentist explained everything with my procedure and aftercare
