Really helpful reception staff who went out of their way to find me an emergency appointment. Dental care itself was first class. The staff are always extremely supportive.

Had to wait nearly 30 mins but everything else was great; attentive dentist, easy administration, clean and spacious waiting room.

The trainee was very good at explaining everything. I thought the length of the appointment was a bit to long.(over an hour) overall good.

I made an emergency appointment on Wednesday 16th August 23 at 08.45 and was booked in for 12.30. I was called into the surgery on time and examined by the dental surgeon who advised of two options available. The young lady went through the procedure for the removal of a tooth , I was impressed with the way she worked and continued to inform me what she was doing. My only regret was that I did not know the surgeon's name to ask you to compliment here, Regards James Wilkin

My dentist and assistant were super lovely, I'm very anxious but they made me feel at ease by being very supportive and explaining everything to me, taking their time and also being able to have fun with something that usually isn't fun. Would highly recommend

Helpful care. But can you sort our the requests for filling in a questionnare - I was sent mine at 0907 for a 0930 appointment on a Tuesday. Hardly ideal!!! Why not issue a few days in advance and give enough time to fill them in properly!!
