Always acknowledged when you arrive. The dentist explains clearly what work is needed and the range of options. I personally just don’t like going to the dentist.

Good service as usual albeit the new on line forms requested prior to the visit are far too in depth and complicated. There should be a disclaimer on the initial email stating that if you have difficulty completing forms ( particularly on a mobile ) , this can be completed at the surgery. Far too o we complicated.
