I had an urgent problem with a cracked tooth, and was seen promptly. Temporary repair was done quickly and effectively.

Reception ladies welcoming and accommodating friendly and considerate. Waiting time 10 mins dental assistant and dentist I would come highly recommend.

Our dentist is lovely with the children. She also gives them good tips they actually want to listen to because of the way she tells them.

Kept waiting for my appointment,(15 minutes) appreciate sometimes that happens. No clean/polish offered or given as part of the check up though - the £25 check up! Disappointing to say the least.

Told I needed fillings but with little explanation and not show the problem so couldn’t see. Because of this I asked for monitoring the problem for 6 months

A very brief examination check up. It always included a scale and polish in the past but I suppose that like everything else you get less for your money these days. The dentist was pleasant and obviously knew what he was doing.

Dentist and assisted were amazing as always However, there is no information anywhere about having to pay deposits / the full amount when you are booking an appointment. The receptionist was rude and ordered me to pay the money or advised I wouldn’t get another appointment if I didn’t pay it. Need to be more open about this as it caught a lot of people off guard when I was waiting and after my appointment
