I had lost a piece of tooth/filling (I wasn’t sure what was left of my tooth) so asked to see a dentist as soon as possible as I had arranged to travel to family abroad the following week to look after my small grandchildren for a week and was concerned about going with my tooth not intact. I was very grateful to be offered an appointment within two days, when my tooth was repaired promptly. The dentist explained what had happened to my tooth and possible necessary future treatment. The dentist and nurse were both very reassuring. Thank you to everyone for your help.

Dentist and assistant have been fantastic in each appointment I’ve had this year. Very professional, friendly and thorough. Had to wait about ten minutes in reception on arrival this morning which wasn’t very efficient.

Staff are lovely - always a plus. Very knowledgeable and explained my case and treatment well. This enabled me to make informed decisions about my treatment plan.

The checkup took exactly 3 minutes and I got charged £25.80 for that. It was a brand new dentist whom I had never met before so I thought it would be longer than 3 minutes.

Whilst the dental treatment was good, I was not pleased to find that there was a need to cancel my appointment due to and error by admin staff. In fairness the team did then work hard to fix it and I was eventually able to see someone on the same day

Didnt wait ages. Dentist knows me, felt like continuity of care. I didnt expect a scale but he fitted that in aswell as an examination which felt thorough and included xrays. Reassured at end.

I’ve been a patient here for a number of years and for about the last 5 have been treated by Anna who is an amazing young woman. How many people she must see but she remembers you and the problems you’ve had. Really caring and skilled dentists. We feel very fortunate to be seen here.

Professional and friendly dentist was very reassuring and gave clear detailed advice 5 stars When ringing for an emergency appointment this morning the recording kept giving the message that the practice was closed until after 9am but the website said the practice was open and I was advised to ring at 8:45 Once I was in the queue I got kicked out of the queue after a few minutes and was cut off and advised to ring later Once through and speaking to a receptionist she was very helpful and had a friendly and professional manner Thank you to all

Credit where it us due. Excellent service from all at the surgery. The students doing my examination where very good and put me at ease straight away. My requests were tended to and they understood my predicaments (tickly throat) so did not lay me to far back in the chair.. Thank you..
