The dentist I had was amazing, I’m petrified of the dentist and he made me feel very comfortable and his understanding of my feelings was evident in his practice and that of the nurse with him. He has made me feel more confident about visiting the dentist again.

We arrived early to fill out our forms, as we hadn't received them electronically, to be told that you don't send them out for Monday appointments. On the plus side, we were seen early and received very good service as usual.

My higienest excellent, but the experience of front of house really let it down. No welcome smile or warmth with their communication. Also total chaos on telephone regarding appointments

Receptionist on the phone on both occasions that I spoke with someone was helpful and polite. My emergency was dealt with quickly and my dentist explained everything clearly.

Staff all excellent, reception brilliantly helpful and efficient. Dentist and nurses absolutely fantastic. Ive seen studwnt dentists every time and theyve done brilliant work, a credit to the teachers and the profession. Can't thank them enugh.

I did not see my usual dentist, as my usual dentist was not at the surgery. However, the nurse and dentist who carried out my check up and repaired a broken tooth were very friendly and efficient and took the time (even though I think it was probably their lunch break) to explain everything she was doing and the pros and cons of possible future treatment, if necessary. I was grateful to her for fitting me in to her busy schedule.
