Waiting time of 30 minutes. No ability for a clean as tools wete all in steriliser. She pushed private care for a deep clean.

The girl I saw was a student! But you wouldn’t no it, she was so kind and gentle, she went through everything she was doing, always making sure she asked me if I was ok or if it was hurting! She was genuinely lovely!

The dentist and her assistant conducted a very thorough examination and treatment. The two of them worked well together. Both were very pleasant and welcoming, and patient focused.

It was an emergency appointment with a dentist I hadn’t seen before he was brilliant. Arranging solution to problem extra rapidly due to my son’s imminent wedding and explained long term solution. He couldn’t have been better. On time,quick and very efficient. Receptionists were excellent as well sorting appointment for me. Surgery spotlessly clean as always. Very pleasant and helpful nurse. Couldn’t have been better.

For the 2nd check up visit in a row I was told there's a small amount of plaque and for that I need a separate visit to the hygienist for an additional £45 fee - this 'business model' may be profitable but it's poor service.

Diagnosis of pain in mouth reached very quickly. I am disappointed that I have to wait until 2nd October to have my teeth cleaned.
